Pie & Politics with Vikki Slade

Our Guest Speaker will be Vikki Slade, former Leader of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council. Vikki is an experienced campaigner and local councillor with a background in financial services and small business. She has also worked in the NHS and the charity sector.

In May 2020, Vikki was elected leader of BCP Council, where she led a cross party cabinet running the 12th largest unitary council in the country before falling victim to an opportunist vote by the Conservative group.

We are working with locally renowned event caterer Forking out to provide your choice of Steak and Ale, Chicken Leek or Cheese and Broccoli Pie served with Creamy Mashed Potato and Veggies. For a little extra we can supply a bottle of wine as well, Merlot or Sauvignon.
